He was born in 1983 in Trabzon. He was graduated from Çankaya University Faculty of Law. He continues his master’s degree in the Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement and Bankruptcy at Gazi University Faculty of Law. Mr Dundar, who continues to work intensively in the field of Energy Law;  works as an expert mediator affiliated to the Energy Law Research Institute (EHAE-ENAR). At the same time, as a mediator registered in the Mediation Registry of the Ministry of Justice; he works in the fields of Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Commercial Law, Consumer Law, Labour and Social Security Law.

As registered at Ankara Bar Association, Dundar carries out advocacy activities in the fields of Energy Law, Insurance Law, and Guardianship Law, and also acts as a trademark advocate.

Adv. Muhammet Yusuf Dundar is still an active member of the Turkish Young Businessmen Association (TÜGİAD).
